Drew Leiser – INCOL

The Inland Northwest Council of Libraries (INCOL) was created in 1977 through an agreement of library institutions in eastern Washington and northern Idaho. The goals of INCOL are to:

improve library service at each member institution

more efficiently share resources and reduce duplication among member institutions by providing access to a wider variety of materials

share special skills and facilities of each member institution to utilize staff talent and time more efficiently

further the objectives of the member institutions by seeking cooperative agreements
