About

The Inland Northwest Council of Libraries (INCOL) was created in 1977 through an agreement of library institutions in eastern Washington and northern Idaho. The goals of INCOL are to:

  • improve library service at each member institution
  • more efficiently share resources and reduce duplication among member instutions by providing access to a wider variety of materials
  • share special skills and facilities of each member institution to utilize staff talent and time more efficiently
  • further the objectives of the member institutions by seeking cooperative agreements

    I can’t seem to find the correct person to contact for this. The contact person for the Latah County Library District is now Chris Sokol, Library Director. Anne Cheadle is no longer the Director here. If this is not the correct method of contact, please let me know who to contact. Thanks,
